It is important to mention that our reservation portal page (paraisohuatulco.com) will be available for reservations from 9:00 AM to 08:00 PM.
To carry out the RESERVATION regarding our services, once the client has made the booking through our website and has clarified the payment method (on-site payment or credit/debit card payment), our staff will provide the necessary information to fulfill the activity (tour or transfer). Once the internal logistics of the service are arranged, Paraíso Huatulco will send a confirmation of the service through the provided contact information, including a reservation number, specifications, and pick-up times for the service. The data to be used are as follows:
Reservations made from 05:00 PM to 08:00 PM will be attended by our staff in the reservation area, until the following day during regular business hours.

MEETING POINT: In the case of booking a shared service in any tour option and if your hotel location is outside the operational logistics range, we will opt for the pick-up at a central point. This means that the pick-up location will be the closest option to the pick-up points of other participants.
Reservations made in the service of “private yacht ride”, “private tour of bays in panga” is subject to availability of the boat, example if the boat 1 was already hired paraiso Huatulco will provide another boat 2, with similar characteristics to those shown in the photo gallery.
QUOTATIONS OR SERVICE REQUESTS (groups, events, tours, private transfers, packages, activities, etc.) should be requested via e-mail, info@paraisohuatulco.com.
All GROUP SERVICES configured as a package (transfer, activities, lodging and/or tours or routes) must be booked at least 60 days in advance, the itinerary is subject to change, prior notice and confirmation.
NO SHOW AND CANCELLATIONS.
It will be considered NO SHOW in case the client does not show up to take the service at the established place and time considering a waiting time of 5 minutes according to the reservation confirmation, the operator will take the full payment of the service.
There is no penalty for cancellations made 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations within 23 hours of the service or at the last minute are charged 100% of the service fee.
Cancellations for Circuits, routes and packages: 20 days prior to service 100% refund applies, within 19 to 6 days prior 70% refund applies and within 5 days of service no refund applies.
REFUNDS. In case of a refund, the interested party is responsible for managing it within the current month of the payment made. After this period, it is subject to evaluation by the accounting department of Paraíso Huatulco. it should be noted that in payments by credit or debit card only the amount corresponding to the tour price will be reimbursed and the payment imposed by our interbank payment intermediary STRIPE will not be reimbursed.

INVOICES. Invoices will be requested in writing to info@paraisohuatulco.com with a copy to contabilidad@paraisohuatulco.com the day after the payment is made and within the same month, it is important to add complete data for invoicing.
