Departing from Huatulco, this tour will take you through the breathtaking landscapes of the Sierra Madre del Sur, where you will explore the history of Santa Maria Huatulco and continue to Pluma Hidalgo, a place intimately connected to the production of its famous high-altitude coffee.

At Pluma Hidalgo, you will meet Don Pablo, a local farmer, who will reveal the secrets of growing, harvesting and roasting Pluma coffee. Enjoy a guided tasting to discover its unique flavors and walk through coffee plantations while learning about medicinal plants and local fruits. Finish the tour with a traditional meal and the possibility of taking freshly ground coffee with you, capturing the essence of this land.
